In a distinguished Ramadan atmosphere, the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company hosted a Ramadan Iftar—the first of its kind since the company’s founding. The event took place on Monday, the 17th of Ramadan, at Opal Hotel – Amman, with the participation of more than 450 employees from different departments.

The Iftar was attended by the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Abdel Jabbar Al Kubaisy, along with Board Members and the Executive Management. In his speech, Dr. Al Kubaisy expressed his pleasure in meeting the team during this blessed month, praising their relentless efforts that have played a significant role in the company’s recent growth and achievements.

Additionally, Dr. Al Kubaisy emphasized that since assuming his role as Chairman ten months ago, the Board of Directors has set a strategic goal to elevate the company to the ranks of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Middle East, not just in the country-of-origin Jordan.

Furthermore, Dr. Al Kubaisy stated that, for the first time in years, the company has successfully transformed its accumulated losses into profits. Despite the urgent need for cash, he noted that the company provided medical aid valued at 250,000 JOD to the Gaza Strip as part of its national and humanitarian commitment.

Dr. Al Kubaisy also reaffirmed the company’s commitment, as previously promised, to improving salaries retrospectively from the beginning of this year. He stressed that the company remains firm in achieving its objectives despite any challenges, thanks to its persistence, strategic planning, and trust in God.

For his part, CEO Dr. Abdulhamid Sinokrot expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the dedication and commitment of the employees. He highlighted how their hard work laid a strong foundation last year, enabling the company to achieve remarkable growth of over 40% this year.

This Iftar gathering reflects the company's dedication to strengthening relationships between management and employees, while fostering a workplace culture based on appreciation and mutual respect, ultimately leading to greater success in the future.
